Returning an item

You’ve changed your mind about your order and you want to cancel it but the tires are already shipped? Here’s our policy

  •              The return request has to be done in the 30 days following the delivery.

  •           Restocking fees of 15% may apply.

  •           Shipping and handling is at your charge.

  •           You will need to provide us with a date where you are at home and available for the pickup.


If you have received a defective tire, contact us at info@tiredirect.ca 

What you will need:

  •          Your order number (6 Digits)

  •         Detailed information about the imperfection of the tire.

  •         Pictures


We will contact you once we are notified and make arrangements to pick up the defective tire. Once we receive the tire, our experts will inspect it to confirm its defectiveness.Once this is done, we’ll contact you to discuss different options regarding the transaction.

 

Warranty

Our products are all covered against manufacturing defaults only into the first year of purchase. In case of road hazard, the tire will not be covered by manufacturer warranty. To replace and claim your defective tire, you can also go to your local tire shop.
